Custom Doll Order Details:

1. Doll Name
2. Hair Length & Color (Please include a reference photo of the hairstyle you'd like)
3. Button Eye Color
4. Piercings or Tattoos (If applicable, please include photos)
5. Clear Photo of the Desired Outfit
6. Straight-Face Reference Photo (A non-smiling photo)

Feel free to send these over whenever you're ready! Please note that the current processing time for custom dolls is about 6-8 months due to the high volume of orders (waitlist). I’ll keep you updated on the progress and let you know once your doll is completed. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.

Since I’m a solo artist and handle every step of the process myself, I might not be able to respond immediately, but please know that I will get back to you as soon as possible.

While the dolls are inspired by my unique style with a touch of the Coraline theme, I’ll do my best to capture a resemblance to your vision. However, since these dolls are handmade, there may be slight differences from the reference photos. I hope you understand and appreciate the personal touch that comes with each one.

For outfits, I’m currently able to make simple gowns as well as casual clothing. If you’re interested in something more elaborate or fantasy-inspired, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss what might be possible!

If I need a bit more time to complete your doll, I’ll be sure to update you. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. As a small business that primarily does custom orders, I do not accept refunds. However, I promise your doll will be as perfect as possible and well worth the wait! In cases like breakups etc., if you'd like to adjust details or who the doll is for, just reach out via email, and we can discuss changes.
